Because times are tough and life can be rough, there is nothing nicer than sipping a glass of red wine in front of an open living-room fire. Okay, I shan't go completely french on you.
Oh maybe I will. I must share with you my COMPLETE obsession with Repetto shoes
I am entirely gaga about their ballet flats and own them in seven different colors. They are so versatile and comfortable yet so chic. The perfect solution for when you just can't convince your aching toes to break their way into that beautiful pair of sky-high heels. I will always remember my first pair of Repettos. They were a gift from my mother, beautiful pale-pink dancing shoes (yes, I am masochistic, I practised ballet). They are now one of my most treasured possessions, they are so tiny and delicate. I then went on to asking for a pair for Christmas every single year. I have the black ballet flats, the green ones, mustard yellow, silver, a lovely reddy-pink... They are the BALLERINE "BB" (Brigitte Bardot of course!)

I think one can really take inspiration from this kind of outfit, it's extremely fashion-foward yet looks effortless. Comme quoi you don't need to go over the top to look good.
Because, basically, all this outfit is is a pair of washed-out denims, boyfriend style, black suede boots, a matching loose tee-shirt and a sheerling jacket.
In fact, I think what really makes this ensemble work is the way the model wears her jacket. She makes it her own, and I think we can all do that with a jacket we love, even if it does not resemble this one remotely, as long as we adore it (and it is well cut).
Above I have conjured up an outfit which much resembles this one by surfing on Ne-a-porter.com.
